• On behalf of a UK law firm, acted in an application to the Royal Court of Jersey concerning a double probate taken out in England with one of the executors only obtaining probate in Jersey in order to obtain control over a Jersey registered company.This was a novel "first" such application since Jersey law does not recognise the concept of double probate.
