Our Jersey and Guernsey lawyers can provide a pan-island service for our clients, which is particularly useful for large employers operating in both Jersey and Guernsey. 

The team deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters including:

  • redundancies; 
  • representing clients in both the Employment Tribunal and Royal Court of each Island;  
  • cross-jurisdictional employment and secondment arrangements;

  • executive, non-executive and consultancy arrangements; and
