Carey Olsen's restructuring and insolvency team continues to grow and strengthen its reputation as the preferred adviser in the largest offshore restructuring and insolvency assignments.
The multi-jurisdictional restructuring and insolvency team also continues to play a pivotal role in key professional organisations and in guiding law reform.
A number of last year's highest profile cases were conducted offshore, examples being the insolvency of the Abraaj group in the Cayman Islands, eHi in Hong Kong and the ongoing restructuring of Four Seasons Health Care in Guernsey (all of which the firm was involved in).
