Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator 3+ years
We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our Cayman Office. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses.
Principle duties include:
- Maintenance of statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
- Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with administrative matters
- Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, handling queries and providing timely, professional responses
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of statutory records, registers and corporate databases
- Review resolutions and corporate documentation to a high standard
- Monitor and escalate risk, compliance or governance issues as appropriate
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance, training and mentoring
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the corporate administration function
- Support attorneys/managers with more complex transactions and client matters
- Liaising with Carey Olsen’s wider operations teams
Candidates should have:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator 3+ years
- Strong academic background
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles and procedure
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Suite, ViewPoint, CAP, DITC and CORIS
- Willingness to learn
Candidates should hold Caymanian status or suitable RERC Certificate.
