Carey Olsen advises EJF Investments on London Stock Exchange IPO
Carey Olsen's funds team in Jersey advised on the migration to Jersey and subsequent initial public offering of EJF Investment Ltd’s shares on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange, with the company's shares being admitted to trading on 7 April 2017.
The company invests in an innovative class of debt security and following the successful completion of EJF Investment's first placing of ordinary shares under its placing programme, the company undertook its first placing of zero dividend preference shares in November 2017.
