Carey Olsen advises Polygon Properties on a further acquisition of commercial property in Jersey

Carey Olsen has acted for Polygon Properties in relation to its acquisition of commercial office premises at 5 Anley Street, St Helier, Jersey.

The property is in a prime location near the heart of St Helier's growing International Finance Centre. It is currently fully tenanted and comprises just under 9,500 square feet of purpose built office accommodation with the benefit of 14 parking spaces.

The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Christopher Philpott and assisted by senior associate Will Whitehead.
