Carey Olsen a finalist for The Drawdown Awards 2021

The awards, which aim to celebrate excellence and innovation within private capital fund operations, are hosted by The Drawdown, a leading industry publication for operational professionals in private equity and venture capital.

Carey Olsen is the only offshore law firm to be shortlisted in the Legal: Fund Formation category, with onshore firms Addleshaw Goddard, Ashurst, Goodwin Procter, MJ Hudson and Travers Smith also named as finalists.

A judging panel comprised of leading private capital fund chief operating officers, chief financial officers, chief commercial officers, general counsel and chief technology officers will decide winners of all 35 categories.

The awards are scheduled to take place on Thursday 23 September at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
