Carey Olsen partner Anthony McKenzie named in Asian Legal Business's top offshore list
The prestigious list is highly regarded as the results are compiled from a comprehensive survey conducted by Asian Legal Business with clients, leading in-house counsel, onshore lawyers and referees from financial institutions.
Anthony was highlighted for his range of experience in corporate, commercial and finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions in areas such as M&A, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financing arrangements, preference share issues and capital markets transactions.
He was also praised by clients in the survey for his "positive can-do attitude". The survey cited his significant experience in advising clients on the structuring, formation and maintenance of regulated and unregulated investment funds in the Cayman Islands.
