Newly-promoted Carey Olsen partner, Alexa Saunders, has been named as a future leader in the 2016 Citywealth Future Leaders 100 list.
The Top 100 features professionals in the private wealth sector who are under 40 and is drawn from the fields of accountancy, trust, private banking, family office and law across the UK and Europe. The rising stars are selected on the basis of independent research combined with recommendations from industry peers, charities and clients.
Alexa is a partner in Carey Olsen's Trusts & Private Wealth group and has a broad non-contentious and semi-contentious trust practice advising clients on private family trusts, employee benefit trusts and pension trusts.
She has also dealt with numerous applications to the Royal Court of Jersey acting for trustees, beneficiaries and protectors in trust proceedings, including in the context of divorce proceedings before foreign courts, applications for the setting aside of transactions on the ground of mistake and the rectification of trust instruments and ancillary documents.
