Carey Olsen on shortlist at annual real estate funds awards
Carey Olsen has been shortlisted for Affiliate of the Year at the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) Annual Awards 2018.
The annual awards aim to recognise achievement and contribution within the real estate funds industry. The Affiliate of the Year category is one of just five awards presented by the AREF and is judged on a number of measures, such as significant activity in a key area, hosting of events, or consistent contribution to AREF affairs over a long period.
Carey Olsen's real estate lawyers advise on some of the largest, most sophisticated and innovative offshore fund structures and real estate financing arrangements involving Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey law. Winners will be announced at the AREF Annual Dinner at the Dorchester Hotel on Wednesday 26 September.
