Experienced litigator joins Carey Olsen's BVI office
Carey Olsen has appointed litigation and insolvency specialist Justin Davis as counsel in its British Virgin Islands (BVI) office.
Justin's practice focuses on complex, high-value multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, shareholders' disputes and insolvency litigation. He has particular experience of obtaining and opposing freezing injunctions, asset disclosure orders, receivership orders and anti-suit injunctions.
Justin has more than 16 years' experience as an advocate, drawn from his time as a barrister at the Commercial Bar in London and in the BVI, where he appears regularly in both the Commercial Division of the BVI High Court and the Court of Appeal.
