Four Carey Olsen lawyers among Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35

Four lawyers from across Carey Olsen's Guernsey and Jersey offices are featured in the 2020 eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35.

The list, which comprises 35 men and 35 women working in the private wealth sectors of Guernsey and Jersey, is a Channel Islands-specific version of the publication's long-running Top 35 Under 35 initiative. As always, it looks to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the private client adviser community.

The 2020 edition features Elliot Aron and Alexandra Gill from Carey Olsen's Guernsey office, and Oliver Lindop and Dean Robson from the firm's Jersey office.

Elliot, a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group, advises international and local clients on a wide range of contentious matters, specialising in complex and high-value commercial and trust disputes.

Alexandra, an associate in the trusts and private wealth practice, advises on various aspects of fiduciary and trusts law. She specialises on all aspects of data protection compliance and has a keen interest in the interplay between privacy and disclosure.

Russell Clark, managing partner and head of the trusts and private wealth group in Guernsey, said: "This is an excellent achievement for Elliot and Alexandra, and one of which they, and we, are rightly proud. Both are key members of their respective teams and valued advisers to their clients."

Oliver, a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group, advises Jersey businesses on regulatory compliance matters and international sanctions, and has significant experience of high value trust litigation and asset recovery disputes.

Dean is an associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group. His practice covers a range of civil litigation in Jersey with a focus on trusts, including both disputes and non-contentious applications by trustees. In addition, he regularly acts on insurance transfers and schemes of arrangement and also advises on regulatory matters.

Andreas Kistler, a partner in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth and litigation teams in Jersey, commented: "We are delighted that Oliver and Dean have been recognised by eprivateclient for the achievements in their careers to date and the significant contribution they have made to Carey Olsen. Their quality of work is appreciated by both us as a firm and by our clients."
