New associate for Carey Olsen's corporate team in Singapore

Carey Olsen has strengthened the firm's banking and finance offering in Singapore with the appointment of associate Eng How Cheow to its team.

Specialising in banking and finance and debt capital markets, Eng How has experience in acting for both financial institutions and corporations on acquisition financing, real estate financing and general corporate financing. He also advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Eng How was senior associate in the financial services department of a leading Singapore law firm, before taking a secondment in the financial institutions and structured products team of DBS Bank.

Eng How was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016, and is a member of both the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
