New offices for Carey Olsen Singapore
Carey Olsen Singapore has relocated into newly refurbished, larger offices in Ocean Financial Centre, marking another important milestone for the offshore law firm's Singapore office, which launched in 2015.
The office has been bolstered by a number of appointments over the past year and is now the fastest growing of all offshore law firms in Singapore, with its litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice also the largest of any equivalent offshore team in Singapore. It is also the only office in Asia to offer on-the-ground legal advice on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Jersey.
Since the beginning of this year, Carey Olsen Singapore has secured a Tier One ranking in the latest edition of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific Guide and won an international firm award for its dispute resolution (cross-border) practice at the China Business Law Awards. Further recognition includes the Singapore corporate team winning a China Business Law Journal Deal of the Year Award for its advice to Full Truck Alliance on the Cayman Islands regulatory and legal aspects in connection with the Chinese startup's US$1.7 billion share issue - the largest share issue of its kind in China last year.
