An associate in the trusts and private wealth team, Chloë's practice includes advising on trust and company matters along with wills, estate planning and probate.
Chloë initially worked in general litigation, then specialised in family and matrimonial law and later personal injury and clinical negligence. She was a professional support lawyer (PSL) in the dispute resolution team for six years before moving to the trusts and private wealth department in March 2017.
Chloë qualified as a lawyer in 1995 and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 1997 having completed the Certificat d’Etudes Juridiques et Normandes at the University of Caen in Normandy.
Chloë is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner having completed the STEP diploma in International Trust Management with distinction and she is a full member of STEP.
