Chloe is an associate in the trusts and private wealth team, advising trustees and high net-worth individuals on a wide range of trust and private wealth matters.
Chloe deals with all aspects of fiduciary law, with a particular focus on non-contentious trust and foundations matters, as well as pensions and matters of Guernsey inheritance, including the creation of wills and administration of estates.
Chloe qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in October 2016 and joined the trusts and private wealth team at Carey Olsen in July 2017.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Chloe undertook her training contract with another offshore law firm in Guernsey. As part of her training contract, Chloe spent three months on secondment at a leading UK law firm, Penningtons Manches LLP, working with their private client and tax team in London.
Chloe is a student member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.Recent Briefings
