Chris advises on a wide range of corporate, private equity, fund and listing matters for clients which include financial institutions and local businesses, as well as leading law firms based in London and elsewhere.
Prior to moving to Guernsey Chris practised as a tax lawyer in London for a number of years. Chris has significant experience in advising multinational corporates and financial institutions on international tax matters, including OECD proposals on base erosion and profit shifting, substance, FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard.
Chris joined Carey Olsen in September 2014 having previously worked in the London office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP, and the London and New York offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP.
