Eliana is a Senior Wills & Probate Administrator in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth practice.

Eliana works on a broad range of matters for local and foreign domiciled clients including drafting wills, providing succession advice and administering estates. With over 14 years of experience, Eliana's expertise lies in the administration of high net value estates and complex foreign estates. 

Eliana is regularly involved in will writing and estate administration for both local and foreign domiciled clients, as well as the registration of foreign Powers of Attorney, administering local Curatorships and probate applications. Eliana has a particular interest in the administration of estates. She has built particular expertise in the requirements of the Jersey Probate Court in multi-jurisdictional probate and is regularly involved in complex matters helping to solve through the intricate and particular issues to enable the distribution of the estate in a timely manner.  She is often instructed by professionals and clients from all over the world to deal with multi-jurisdictional estates and works closely with an extensive network of contacts to provide comprehensive advice tailored to the clients' particular needs.

Eliana is a member of STEP and qualified as a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2015.

Career

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2016, Eliana worked at Hawksford  for close to 15 years where she gained experience in wills and probate work .

She holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
