Fay is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team with a focus on employment and commercial law.
She has experience in a variety of practice areas including employment (contentious and non-contentious matters), commercial and corporate litigation, insolvency, trust litigation, insurance, regulatory matters and legal aid work.
Fay completed the General Diploma in Law, gaining a commendation, in July 2012. In 2014 she completed the Bar Professional Training Course with BPP University College London with the grade of Very Competent. During her previous career as a rapporteur and journalist she worked for various international media outlets and magazines, including the UN news network, IRIN, and online funds and finance magazine group, Global Fund Media, which publishes Hedgeweek. She has a first class degree and an MA from Cambridge University and an MA from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University.
