Lauren Gray

Senior Associate

Lauren is a senior associate in the corporate team of our London office. 

Lauren's recent transactions include advising:

• the ad hoc group of creditors in relation to the debt-for-equity restructuring of Pizza Express, the UK and international casual dining group; and
• Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc in relation to a £200m facility to a UK real estate property fund.

Career

Lauren joined Carey Olsen in October 2017, after qualifying as a Solicitor in Scotland. She undertook her traineeship with DWF LLP. 

Lauren graduated from the University of Aberdeen, where she obtained her LLB (Honours) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
