Lois Madden

Senior Associate

Lois is a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team in Guernsey.  Lois specialises in employment law and advises both local and international clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, along with data protection and regulatory issues.

Lois has experience in providing advice and assistance to both employer organisations and individuals. Lois has an interest in professional regulatory law, as well as discrimination law and alternative dispute resolution.

Career

Lois is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde. Lois was admitted as a solicitor in Scotland in 2016, after completing her training with a leading private client firm based in Edinburgh.  On qualification, Lois moved to a specialist employment role with a national firm.  In this role Lois regularly appeared on behalf of clients in both employment tribunals and professional regulatory hearings. Lois joined Carey Olsen in 2018.
