Nichola specialises in trust and fiduciary law and acts for many Channel Islands trust businesses, private trust companies and family offices, with a primary focus on non-contentious trust matters.
In particular, Nichola advises on the establishment and operation of private and commercial trust structures, including settlor reserved power trusts, charitable and non-charitable purpose trusts and foundations.
Nichola also has experience in dealing with complex restructurings and her practice includes the dissolution, reinstatement and migration of Jersey private companies.
Nichola was named in eprivateclient's inaugural Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 list, which identifies rising stars of the private client community. Nichola has also been included in the latest Citywealth Leaders List.
Nichola joined Carey Olsen in 2013, prior to which she worked for another large Jersey law firm for six years.
Nichola obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Huddersfield and qualified as a Jersey solicitor in 2017.
