Carey Olsen advises Janus Henderson on its take-private transaction
Carey Olsen has advised Janus Henderson Group Ltd., ("Janus Henderson") on its take-private transaction with Trian and General Catalyst, which was completed on 30 June 2026.
The Carey Olsen Jersey corporate team advising Janus Henderson was led by partners James Willmott and Katherine Tresca, with support from senior associate Damilola Obafemi. The wider Carey Olsen team also included litigation partner Andreas Kistler and counsel Eleanor Davies. The team worked alongside U.S. legal counsel Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
