Carey Olsen re-accredited as STEP Platinum Employer Partner

Carey Olsen has been re-accredited as a STEP Platinum Employer Partner, recognising the firm’s continued commitment to professional development, learning and employee support across its international trusts and private wealth practice.

Awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Employer Partnership Programme, the accreditation is granted to organisations that demonstrate excellence in learning and development, career progression and employee engagement.

Following a comprehensive review process, including an assessment of the firm’s learning and development framework and interviews with employees, STEP confirmed that Carey Olsen continues to meet the Platinum Employer Partner standard, the highest level of accreditation available under the programme.

The STEP Employer Partnership Programme is widely recognised as a benchmark for organisations operating within the trusts and estates sector, reflecting a firm’s investment in its people and its commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding working environment.

Carey Olsen was the first offshore law firm to achieve Platinum Employer Partner status in 2016.

Keith Robinson, Partner and Global Head of Trusts and Private Wealth at Carey Olsen, said: “We are delighted to have been re-accredited as a STEP Platinum Employer Partner. STEP is an important partner for Carey Olsen in the education and career development of our professionals and this recognition reflects the strength of our culture and our ongoing commitment to investing in our people across every stage of their careers.”

The re-accreditation reflects Carey Olsen’s continued investment in learning and development initiatives across its global network. The firm’s programmes support employees in building technical expertise, achieving professional qualifications and developing the skills needed to progress throughout their careers.
