Nikita Pandit

Nikita is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey banking and finance team. Nikita acts on fund finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance mandates. Her practice involves drafting and negotiating complex financing documentation, managing multi-jurisdictional deal workstreams, and ensuring regulatory, security and structuring compliance across sophisticated transactions.

Before joining Carey Olsen, Nikita worked at Addleshaw Goddard as an Associate in the Fund Finance team, advising major lenders including JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Innovation Bank, RBS International, ING and Investec. She prepared and reviewed the full suite of fund finance documents, conducted extensive due diligence on fund structures and investor pools, and independently managed CP/CS processes and closings. She also delivered external training sessions for Deutsche Bank and HSBC Innovation Bank.

Nikita trained at Ashurst LLP, completing seats in Investment Funds, Real Estate, and Projects & Energy Transition, as well as an international secondment in Singapore. Her work spanned fund formation, project finance, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen and transportation transactions, alongside business development contributions such as market analysis and external publications.

Academically, Nikita holds an LPC and MSc in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) from the University of Law and a First Class LLB with a year abroad at Keio University in Tokyo.
