Tara Lee

Tara is an associate in Carey Olsen's family team, part of the dispute resolution and litigation practice in Jersey. She advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, complex financial disputes, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and matters involving children on relationship breakdown, including living arrangements, financial provision,  relocation and abduction.

Tara is a member of Resolution, an association of family law professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes, and an associate member of the Jersey Family Law Association.

Tara was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2016 following completion of her training contract at Stewarts in London. Tara spent one year of her training contract in the divorce and family department gaining experience in all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on high-value and multi-jurisdictional financial disputes.

Tara worked at another Jersey firm specialising in family law before joining Carey Olsen in January 2022.
