Carey Olsen takes information security extremely seriously. We are committed to safeguarding all client data in our care and work continuously to ensure our controls are robust and effective.

Carey Olsen has a group-led approach to information security, which ensures that we adopt a consistent level of protection for information processed across all Carey Olsen group entities and locations. We have made strategic investments in our information security programme and supporting technology systems, and we focus on client data security as a priority.   

Our approach and commitment to information security is demonstrated through our security certifications. The entire Carey Olsen group is certified to the ISO / IEC 27001 standard. Achieving and maintaining this prestigious certification allows us to demonstrate to our clients and third parties that we take information security seriously and provides assurances that we have met the most rigorous set of security requirements to achieve certified status.

Our ongoing information security programme is well established and rigorous. It includes on-going, firm-wide security training and technical security controls, the efficacy of which is regularly tested and verified by external auditors. As part of providing services to our clients, we work in partnership to support each client's specific data privacy and security requirements.
