Carey Olsen attending ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium 2026
The ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium is taking place on 14 - 16 January in the Cayman Islands.
The event brings together bankruptcy judges and experienced practitioners to look at a range of insolvency issues relating to cross border matters, ethics, litigation finance, fintech and cryptocurrency.
Carey Olsen Cayman senior associate Jason Mbakwe will be speaking at the session 'Doing the right thing (in court): Gratifying some and astonishing the rest'.
