The Third Edition of the International Conclave, jointly organised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and INSOL India, will be held on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at Le Meridien, New Delhi.
Carey Olsen Asia head of litigation, insolvency and restructuring James Noble will be speaking on the panel on "Cross-Border Asset Tracing and Recovery - Legal, practical, and enforcement challenges across jurisdictions". Singapore senior associate Yan Chng will also be attending the event.
