
Carey Olsen Bermuda promotes six to senior associate
Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited is pleased to announce that it has promoted six lawyers to the role of senior associate.
Siobhan Boys, Charlotte Donnelly and Matthew Summers have each been promoted within the firm's dispute resolution and litigation team, which received a top Band 1 ranking in the 2025 Chambers Global guide. Siobhan has experience acting in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on regulatory disputes and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. Charlotte has advised on small claims to complex cross-border disputes in commercial and civil litigation, including insolvency proceedings, regulatory enforcement and insurance/reinsurance disputes. Matthew has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract, insurance, debt, civil fraud, and corporate governance matters.
Thomas Connor, Matthew Dulaney and Erinn O'Brien have been promoted within the firm's corporate team, which is lauded in the legal directories as one of the strongest in Bermuda. They each advise on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and finance law, with notable experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulation and complex commercial matters. Prior to joining Carey Olsen, they built significant corporate experience at leading law firms around the world – Thomas at Harbottle & Lewis in London, Matthew at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney, and Erinn at a leading Canadian law firm.
