Janelle Parson

Janelle is a senior corporate administrator in Carey Olsen's Bermuda corporate services team.

She has over 10 years experience providing corporate administration and governance support to clients across Bermuda's legal, trust and (re)insurance sectors. Janelle works with a broad range of entities, including insurers, captive insurers and segregated accounts companies, and has extensive experience managing complex corporate structures and client portfolios.

Her expertise includes corporate governance, board and committee administration, statutory compliance, regulatory filings and company secretarial services. She is committed to delivering responsive and efficient support while helping clients meet their ongoing regulatory and corporate governance obligations.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, she held roles with leading offshore law firms, corporate service providers and insurance businesses in Bermuda. Throughout her career, she has supported a diverse portfolio of clients, including insurers, reinsurers, captive insurers and segregated accounts companies.

Janelle has significant experience in corporate governance, board and committee administration, regulatory compliance and company secretarial services. She regularly assists clients with their ongoing statutory obligations, regulatory filings and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with Bermuda's regulatory and corporate framework.
