Jade is an associate in Carey Olsen’s corporate team in the Cayman Islands and a member of the firm’s FinTech and Digital Assets practice group. She advises on corporate and financial services regulatory matters, with a particular focus on fintech, crypto and digital assets.

Career

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2026, Jade worked at Cuscal Limited in Australia, an authorised deposit-taking institution and payments infrastructure provider, where she advised on corporate, commercial, technology and regulatory matters.

Jade previously practised in the FinTech, Digital Assets and Web3 team at Gilbert + Tobin, advising fintech, payments and digital asset clients on financial services regulation, licensing and the regulatory treatment of digital assets and emerging financial products.

She began her career at Piper Alderman in a specialist blockchain and digital assets team, advising on token structuring, regulatory characterisation and compliance documentation.

Jade holds combined degrees in Law and Media and Communications from the University of Wollongong and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2021.
