Tom is a corporate trainee based in Carey Olsen's Jersey office. He assists on a range of corporate and investment fund matters, including fund establishment, financing, and regulation in Jersey.

Tom additionally works on a select range of commercial dispute resolution and litigation matters.

Career

Tom obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in 2022 and a degree in History from the University of Exeter in 2021. Tom has passed his SQE 1 exams and is currently working towards completing SQE 2 to qualify as an English and Welsh solicitor.
