Nick has particular expertise in fund finance, where he advises on subscription-line facilities, NAV facilities, hybrids, umbrella facilities, GP co-invest facilities, preferred equity transactions and securitisation structures. In addition to local counsel mandates, Nick's fund finance practice incorporates a consistent volume of lead counsel work, and he has contributed articles to industry publications, including the Pink Book and Brickfield's Working Guide to Fund Finance.

Nick also has extensive experience advising on real estate finance and leveraged finance mandates and regularly acts for both lender and sponsor clients on high-value transactions.

His diverse finance practice also incorporates asset finance, Islamic finance, restructurings, and regulatory matters related to banking and finance.
