Candidates will have excellent organisational, analytical and IT skills, specifically excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional or Pdf Docs
We are seeking an individual to provide administrative support for a broad range of litigation matters.
Principal duties include:
- File opening / elite set up / create hard copy files
- Source judgements
- Keep folders up to date with pleadings and client documentation
- Proofread / amend documentation
- Draft simple letters for serving and file documents, and prepare documentation as required
- Carry out conflict checks
- Assistance with raising, issuing and following up on payment of invoices
- Prepare bundles & file them with court
- Book appointments / liaise with clients
- Insert court dates into diaries & court list
- Create exhibits & indexes
- Arrange caselines system access and upload documents
Candidates will have excellent organisational, analytical and IT skills, specifically excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional or Pdf Docs. They will be able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and have strong verbal and written skills.
Based in our Jersey office, we are open to considering applicants seeking full time, reduced hours or part-time employment.
