We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our Cayman Office. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses.
Principle duties include:
- Preparation and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
- Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with routine administrative matters
- Maintenance of statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
- Assisting attorneys with the collection and processing AML/CFT documentation
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
- Liaising with Carey Olsen's wider operations teams
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has at least two years' proven experience in a similar role, with a strong academic background, excellent organisational skills and knowledge of corporate governance principles and procedure.
Candidates should hold Caymanian status or suitable RERC Certificate.
