Junior Compliance Analyst (VA543)

We are seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our Cayman Office. The post holder will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Cayman based partners and fee earners, the firms regulated business, and wider Carey Olsen Group operations, including compliance teams based in other jurisdictions. 

Principal duties include:

• Undertaking open-source searches via independent intelligence databases for all clients and taking appropriate actions driven by the search results in line with Carey Olsen policies and procedures
• Updating the data management systems accurately to allow for ongoing sanctions screening
• Ensuring the electronic filing system is maintained correctly including maintaining the central database for the storing of CDD
  
• Assisting with the review of Due Diligence already held to ensure that the Due Diligence is up to data and relevant
• Providing support to the more senior members of the Compliance team, as required
