Ali Bond

Ali is Chief Operating Officer at Carey Olsen based in the Jersey office. He leads the firm's Group Services function and works closely with the board and senior leadership team to deliver strategic priorities, operational excellence, organisational development and long-term growth across the business.

Ali has completed multiple professional qualifications, most recently with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, Financial Planning and Advice and IFS School of Financial, Banking Practice and Management.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Ali spent more that 20 years with HSBC in a series of senior leadership and executive roles across the Channel Islands, London and HSBC UK Head Office. His experience spans strategy, distribution leadership, customer acquisition, people leadership and organisational effectiveness across multiple jurisdictions.
