Amie is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute. With over a decade of experience in corporate services, Amie expertly manages new entity incorporations and formations, alongside the seamless onboarding and review of entities transferring into Carey Olsen. Her role further extends to delivering company secretarial services to a broad spectrum of clients.

Career

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2020, Amie honed her skills at two prominent corporate service providers in Bermuda. Amie started her career working for a sole practitioner in Bermuda specialising in corporate law and corporate administration.

Amie's academic journey took her to the UK, where she earned a BSc (Hons) Equine Science and (Business) Management in 2003. Upon returning to Bermuda, she committed to expanding her professional development through a series of targeted vocational trainings in corporate secretarial and legal disciplines, including vocational paralegal studies and a number of CILEX Level 3 certificates, marking her as a well-rounded and highly skilled professional in her field.
