Catriona is an associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a range of corporate, banking and finance matters.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2025, Catriona worked at A&O Shearman in Singapore and Latham & Watkins LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP in London where she gained experience advising on a variety of leveraged finance, fund finance, asset finance, refinancings and general banking transactions.
Catriona has also completed external secondments at an international banking institution in Singapore and a multinational PLC in the UK.
Catriona obtained a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Birmingham, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in September 2020.
