Tabitha Ward

Tabitha is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Jersey.

Tabitha has a broad range of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation, high net worth disputes, arbitration and mediation. Tabitha regularly acts for major financial institutions on high value and reputationally significant litigation matters, often involving multiple jurisdictions. She has advised on contractual issues, shareholder disputes, contentious trust issues, insolvency matters and insurance coverage issues.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Tabitha trained and qualified as a solicitor with Clifford Chance, where she spent seven years working in their London office.

Her experience also includes secondments to the Royal Courts of Justice as a judiciary assistant in the Chancery Division, Airbus SAS (Toulouse), Lloyds Banking Group (London), and the Clifford Chance Dubai office.

Tabitha is an alumnus of Durham University (BA Hons), BPP Law School and the College of Law (London).
