Tyler is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team in the Cayman Islands. He advises on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2023, Tyler worked at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto and at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York. During this time he maintained a broad corporate practice, with a particular emphasis on securities regulation, corporate governance, leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Tyler obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
Tyler was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada in 2020 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023.
