If you’re studying law or preparing to begin a professional legal qualification, our Bursary Scheme is an opportunity to gain valuable experience with Carey Olsen while receiving financial support throughout your studies.
As a bursary student, you’ll benefit from:
- financial support during your studies through a term-time grant
- up to eight weeks of paid work experience throughout the year
- placements across our legal teams, giving you broad exposure to different areas of legal practice
- the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn from lawyers across the firm
We’re looking for students with strong academic and personal skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in law. While the scheme is primarily aimed at those studying law or preparing to undertake a professional legal qualification, we may also consider undergraduates who intend to pursue law at a later stage in exceptional circumstances.
Key dates and eligibility
Applicants must be residentially qualified in Guernsey and cannot be in receipt of bursary funding from another employer.
