We are seeking a motivated and personable lawyer at the Associate to Senior Associate level to join our Corporate Finance team within our respected corporate practice in Jersey.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong academic record and at least 4 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction. You should have solid experience in corporate finance and banking matters, particularly in real estate finance, funds finance, and leveraged finance. Experience advising from the bank lending side is preferred.
