Corporate Administration Manager (VA608)

Experience: At least 8 years' client-facing corporate services experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

We are looking for a Corporate Administration Manager to join our Cayman Islands Office. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses.

Principal duties include:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Corporate Administration team to ensure high performance, professional development, and client service excellence
  • Oversee and balance team workload to ensure exceptional service quality and timely completion of all deadlines
  • Contribute to management reporting on KPIs, risk items, and resourcing needs
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
  • Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA on complex administrative matters
  • Ensure statutory records and corporate documents are maintained in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with Carey Olsen’s wider operations teams
  • Monitor and improve team processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and standardisation
  • Support the development of internal policies, procedures, and training materials to maintain consistency and quality

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8 years' client-facing corporate services experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or professional corporate governance qualification (e.g. CGI, ICSA) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Cayman regulatory framework and corporate services best practices
  • Experience using CAP, CORIS, REEFS.
  • Experience using ViewPoint and the Microsoft Office suite is essential
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate a team and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines

Candidates should hold Caymanian status or suitable RERC Certificate.
