Associate - Corporate Funds (VA659)

We currently have opportunities for mid-level lawyers with a strong corporate law background to join the prestigious corporate team in our Cayman Islands office.

Individuals will work as part of a team in the Cayman Islands practice, advising institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. Our team specialises in banking and finance corporate, M&A, investment funds, regulatory, taxation, economic substance and listings on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. 

We are currently recruiting for commonwealth qualified lawyers with 3-5 years' post qualification experience in corporate funds from a top tier corporate or commercial firm.

The candidate will be able to cover the full spectrum of commercial transactions, include investment funds such as fund formation, fund listings, asset classes, real estate funds, etc. and other vehicles on financing and regulatory compliance matters.
