We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Jersey office.
Reporting to the Group Portfolio Manager and working closely with Project Managers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business processes and driving change across the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, optimise processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable benefits.
Principal Duties
- Lead proactive business analysis for change initiatives, systems, and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from requirements to deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assess and recommend solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
- Produce test strategies and lead user acceptance testing.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and supplier engagement.
- Support project management activities and contribute to change planning
Professional Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of corporate operational processes (Finance, Risk, Compliance).
- Experience with technology platforms (e.g., MS Azure, Cloud systems) and legal sector systems.
- Proven knowledge of business analysis techniques and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Working towards or holding a BCS Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent).
