We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Corporate Services team in our Jersey office.​

The principal purpose of this role is to manage and take responsibility for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard

Key duties include:

  • Ensure that you have an understanding of the transactions you are working on
  • Ensure corporate records and statutory registers are correct and complete and all on-going requirements are diarised and actioned timely
  • Assist with the effective management of day-to-day activities to include timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and across the business
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested  

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working in a corporate services or fiduciary environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build relationships and work as part of a team
  • A positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines
