We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Corporate Services team in our Jersey office.
The principal purpose of this role is to manage and take responsibility for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard
Key duties include:
- Ensure that you have an understanding of the transactions you are working on
- Ensure corporate records and statutory registers are correct and complete and all on-going requirements are diarised and actioned timely
- Assist with the effective management of day-to-day activities to include timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and across the business
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a corporate services or fiduciary environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships and work as part of a team
- A positive and flexible approach
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines
