We have an opportunity for an ambitious and personable associate to join the growing investment funds team in our Hong Kong corporate practice.

This role will focus on offshore corporate matters especially the formation, operation, structuring and restructuring of investment funds, primarily private equity and venture capital funds, and related fund sponsor vehicles, general partners and advising on regulations such as fund licensing, information exchange and investor disputes, etc. 

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer from a commonwealth jurisdiction with at least 5 years' PQE and solid experience of investment funds, including both open and closed-ended fund structures. Individuals will have strong communication and technical skills and English drafting capabilities with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.  Chinese language skills are essential.
