We currently have an opportunity for a lawyer with a strong corporate law background to join the prestigious corporate team in our Cayman Islands office.

Individuals will work as part of the investment funds team in the Cayman Islands corporate practice, advising institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on investment fund formations, restructurings and regulatory issues.

We are currently recruiting for a commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in investment funds from a top tier corporate or commercial firm.

The candidate will be familiar with open and closed-ended investment funds and associated transactions, such as fund formation, fund listings, NAV, and subscription financing and regulatory compliance matters.
